Rwamwanja Refugee Led Organization Network (RRLON) was established in 2020 by a group of eight Refugee Led Organizations (RLOs) with the vision of organizing ourselves to address the challenges we faced in implementation. Our primary focus was on building capacity among RLOs, ensuring we could better support each other in our efforts. Over the past four years, RRLON has grown from eight RLOs to 31. During this time, we have provided capacity-building support across various areas, including proposal writing, financial management, transportation logistics, and understanding policies related to project implementation. Our work has been in collaboration with partners such as UNHCR, OPM, COHERE and other stakeholders, all committed to enhancing the effectiveness of refugee-led initiatives.
